Hungry Lotus is a Vietnamese food truck that spends most of its open days parked outside Spaceship Earth Coffee Co. In their own words: “Real Vietnamese cooking, made from scratch every morning and cooked the minute you order. No MSG. No microwaves. No mystery.”

The menu runs to phở with real bone broth, broken jasmine rice, banh mi, pot stickers and a special that changes through the week.

It is run by Tam, who learned to cook in Vietnam and ran a truck in Eugene, Oregon for eight years before moving to Oklahoma in 2023. They cater around McAlester as well, and you can order ahead online.
